He(s), She(s), or One of Each?

The morning we found out we were having twins was one of the best days of my life! I’ve always wanted twins. They run heavily in my family, so I knew it was a definite possibility. But after it took us so long to even get pregnant at all, I had almost given up the hope of having two babies, I just wanted to hear the news that we were having a baby… period. Continue reading

What if Christmas, perhaps, means a little bit more….

You could say that I love Christmas a lot. Probably more than the average person. Ok, I admit it: I’m pretty much obsessed with this holiday. I mean I LOVE it. I have all these little traditions that I wait all year for….white peppermint mochas and homemade Christmas cards and the movie White Christmas. I count down the days until the day after thanksgiving when I can start blasting my Christmas music and eating Little Debbie Christmas tree cakes. It’s magical. (I mean the whole thing, not just the Christmas tree cakes.) But seriously, Christmas is awesome. Who doesn’t love presents and mistletoe and houses decorated in lights?

The End of the Challenge

Well, people, November is over. I can’t believe it went by so quickly. I’m so glad that Katie & I did the blog challenge. It’s stretched me in ways I didn’t expect, and it helped me see that blogging more frequently wouldn’t be that scary of a thing.
