The Friday Five {4.14.17}


1. This past weekend, I (Lisa) made some delicious gluten free cinnamon rolls. I used this recipe, and Bob’s Red Mill 1-to-1 Baking Mix for the all purpose gluten free flour, and it worked great. My favorite part about this recipe is that it makes 36 rolls and has instructions for freezing and reheating them. Cinnamon rolls are time-consuming and messy to bake, so I’m glad to have done all the work already & know that future me can enjoy lots more rolls!
