My favorite way to make BBQ combined with a baked potato…it’s a win win!
1 pork tenderloin or roast
1 can or bottle of beer
salt and pepper
1 bottle BBQ sauce
shredded cheddar cheese
chopped green onions
Place roast in crock pot and pour beer over it. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cook on low for 6 hours. When it’s done, drain the excess liquid. Then shred your pork and pour entire BBQ sauce bottle in with it. Your BBQ is ready to go!
Now just bake your potatoes and top with BBQ, sour cream, shredded cheddar cheese and green onions.
