This past weekend, we went camping at Devil’s Den State Park with my family and another family from church. The weather was perfect for camping, and we had a great time.
Elizabeth and my cute nephew will were there, too!
We had fun breaking in our new camping stove making some quesadillas. Just look at Steve working that skillet!
Nike and Bailey (my aunt & uncle’s dog) were reunited and had fun playing together.
My mom can never have enough grandson time.
We hiked to Yellow Rock, a great lookout point, and we could see some of the leaves changing.
We also hiked the Devil’s Den trail, where we found these weird rock statues by the creek.
Here’s Nike striking a majestic pose:
We had a great time hanging out with family and enjoying the colder weather. The kids had fun running around the campground being crazy and the adults enjoyed relaxing and staying warm by the fire.
The last night, Will was being really sweet & cuddly. Just look at that sweet face!
Happy campers!
So, that’s how we’ve been enjoying the fall weather. How about you? What fall adventures have you been on lately?
