Gluten Free Review: Glutino Oreos

*This is not a sponsored post. All opinions are my own.*

It’s the first Saturday of the month, so you know what that means! And if you don’t, read last month’s post here.

This month, I’m reviewing Glutino’s Gluten Free Chocolate Vanilla Creme Cookies (aka Oreos).

I’m not gonna lie, guys, these things are amazing. I have trouble keeping myself from eating the whole bag.

That said, it seems that everyone who eats them and isn’t on a gluten free diet hates them. My husband couldn’t even swallow the bite that he took, let alone choke down the whole cookie. The same happened to my sister’s husband.

But to those of us that have forgotten the taste of gluten they’re delicious – even my friend who had been gluten free for only a few months when she first tried them.

Price: $5.99 – 2/5 (Taking into consideration the fact that most gluten free items are going to be pretty pricey.)

Prep/Cooking Time: none! – 5/5

Taste: 5/5 (These taste no different from regular Oreos to me.)

Husband’s Approval: 0/5 (He would probably rather eat sawdust.)

They also have vanilla creme cookies, which I haven’t tried, since I have a chocolate problem, but they’re probably good, too!

If you’re on a gluten-free diet (or have friends and family who are) and find something you’d like me to review next month, please let me know in the comments!

  1. I will tell you that Gluten Free Bisquick makes GREAT waffles! Not just for gluten-free people, either. We tasted them head to head with my regular waffles (which are pretty darn good), and they are even better! More costly, though.

    1. I’ll have to try that mix! I’ve tried a few and I haven’t found a good one yet.
