This month, I’m reviewing Pillsbury’s Gluten Free Cookie Dough. I was pretty skeptical when I first saw this on the shelf at the grocery store. Most gluten free cookie doughs are pretty gritty, almost sand-like.
But I was post pleasantly surprised.
Not only does this dough make a very tasty gluten free cookie, but I can barely keep myself from eating the whole thing of dough raw.
I’ve always been a cookie dough lover, so it’s great to have this in the fridge, where I can nibble here and there or bake just two cookies if that’s all I need. A godsend!
Here’s the point breakdown:
Price: $4.08 at Walmart – 2/5
Prep/cooking time: No prep, and only 5-10 minutes in the oven – 5/5
Taste: both the cookies and the dough are great – 5/5
Husband’s Approval: 4/5
