If you’ve poked around the blog recently, you’ve probably seen something like this:
For a few years now, we’ve been uploading our images to an image hosting site, Photobucket, rather than straight to our blog. We then link to these images on our site so that they’ll show up in our posts. Last week, Photobucket decided to hold all of our photos hostage unless we pay them $400 a year to be able to link to all our images on our blog.
Since we’re obviously not going to pay $400 (each, since we both have accounts) for a service that Photobucket has been providing free for years, it’s going to look messy around here for a while. We’ll have to go through each old post – all 373 of them – and re-upload the photos straight to our blog. We’re both busy with our kiddos, so it’s going to take some time for our site to start looking good again.
We’re sorry for the inconvenience, thank you for your patience!
